For more than a decade, we’ve worked with unemployed professionals, graduates and people navigating redundancy to help them rebuild confidence, strengthen core skills and reposition themselves for the roles they want. Our approach is personal and grounded in skills consulting that helps individuals understand not only what they can offer, but what employers are genuinely looking for.

We currently deliver our Skills & Employment programmes across the UK in partnership with charities, local authorities, training providers and funded organisations. As our training offer continues to grow, we are developing new opportunities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain – regions seeking accredited CPD, professional development and workforce programmes that meet international standards.
